I would give zero stars if I had the option. My mother-in-law who is 82 years old was sick was given a virtual appointment because she had covid symptoms. Of course the virtual appointment didn't do shit so we had to take her to the ER. Turns out she was positive for the flu and got discharged from the ER. I then got a phone call from Amin Medical Center that they have to see her because she was discharged from the ER.
