The communication with the coordinator, Mrs. Rosario, is extremely poor. Calls are rarely answered, and most times you are transferred to the supervisor, where the hold times are unreasonably long. When the supervisor finally answers, the interaction often comes across with an unprofessional attitude, which makes the experience even more difficult.
