Service number doesn’t work.
On the recommendation of a neighbor when I bought my house 12 years ago, I've used AMI for service and maintenance throughout that time. I've always found they to be responsive, reasonably priced and ethical. (One time, after describing the problem on a Sunday morning, instead of making the visit, he told me how to fix the problem on my own--for a SMALL fraction of the price!) A joy today to come across a Company that is true to their word, from start to finish. The two installers Allen and Stephon knew exactly what they were doing. Respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy.
Adam is great - very professional and super helpful! We have had him help us on multiple occasions and highly recommend him. He even came to our house after hours when we had an A/C emergency. He goes above and beyond - very through and helpful with his explanations. AMI is great, in general.
I called on Sunday and left a message for service on Monday as the A/C was not working at all. They called me promptly at 9:10 Monday morning, and a technician, Richard Francis, was here within the hour. He not only fixed the problem, but also performed a semi-annual maintenance, installed a hard start kit, and cleaned the intake and replaced the filter. He was very professional and explained everything in detail.
