Took my money didn’t look at x-rays which was the reason for the visit doctor said they didnt sent over the xrays from the other vet but the receptionist said they did when i was leaving and that docto would look a them and call me . Nothing i called my wife emailed and they never got back to me so im sitting here with my two year old dog dying and they took my money but after that nothing

I had to take my dog in last night after she was attacked by another dog. This was our first time here. My dog has severe vet trauma and was visibly shaking and panting. The front desk recognized that and offered to put us in a room right away to help calm her down. Once in, the vet tech, I don’t remember his name, greeted us and checked her out. He was patient, kind, informative and calm. Which helped her cooperate and feel safe.Each person I interacted with was wonderful.… See more
They give you a cost then raise it by hundreds when you’re there. They try to muzzle a blind, dying dog who is being euthanized. They are so overly fake and bubbly while you’re crying about the loss of your pet. No sympathy from anyone here. They don’t care about you or your pets.
we just moved to Westfield and had our cats first wellness visit here. Everyone- the office assistants, vet techs and doctors were so nice and wonderful! they were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. even helping me get medications transferred and referrals sent out. thank you all so much!
Our experience with Dr. Washington was not a good one. We unfortunately and urgently had to take our 15-year-old dog Cookie in to be euthanized. The only reason we chose this veterinarian is because our regular veterinarian is 30 minutes away from our home while this veterinarian is only a couple minutes from home. Cookie had a very aggressive and malignant tumor removed by our regular doctor who is wonderful. He gave our dog 3 to 4 months, so we had 3 to 4 months to prepare… See more
