Alan came out the same morning I called and had our system back up and running in about 15 minutes with a part he had on his truck. Excellent customer service.
We've been using A&M Heating and Cooling for 30 years to install and service our hvac systems at two houses. They are always professional and fair. They are very good about getting to your problem as quickly as possible. The AC in my studio was not working properly during a recent heat wave. Temps were in the high 90's. I called on Friday and Alan was here at 9 am Monday, as he said he would be. He explained the problem in terms that I could understand, and fixed it quickly. Our blower motor stopped working and A.M. Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job. Within a few minutes of reaching out, I was getting text messages to set up an appointment. Later that day, Alan was fixing our HVAC! Great communication, great work, and great results!
Alan was able to get in to see us same day, which is almost unheard of these days. Got us up and going in no time as well. We will be considering him when it comes time to replace our unit.
