Couple of minutes ago , I called up the caremed clinic ( Alvarado) to make an appointment for lipid panel . It’s a gentleman who answered my call, I asked for his name and he said his name is Douglas . Such an exceptionally friendly guy . Very accommodating on the phone . Good job care mEd for having a very friendly staff .
This place is so unorganized. I called a few times to see why a specialist hasn't called me because I was told that they were going to give me a referral and the staff never called me back. The Doctor was nice but the staff isn't doing their job. I'm in pain and still after a week haven't gotten a call back!
