Marcus is always so friendly and personable when he comes out. He is knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with us. He takes great care in his work but gets the job done quickly. I am always relieved when I know he is the technician coming to my home.
Company maintenance is professional and efficient.
Terrible experience thus far, the whole application process and approval was a nightmare from start to finish, no one is all on one accord at this place. You get told one thing then someone else says something totally different. Went to view my home on several occasions the house was NOT move in ready like I was told it was. Leaving a review regarding our most recent experience with the maintenance team from AMH. Marcus was great and informative of the couple of requests that we had made a note for. He was quick with the repair and very professional.
We was with AMh for 3 years. Would have been two but didn't know u had to give them 3 months written notice. Honestly everything was fine until the end of last year beginning of this year. We notice our water bill was high. So did they. We found out we had a leak out side. They sent someone to find the leak and said they would have someone right out to fix it. 3 months later the water started coming in the house. Finally they put us in a hotel while they had it fixed.
