Josephine Robles was amazing! I spoke with her today after I was having so many issues! She was very pleasant and had knowledgeable answers to the questions I had! She made me feel like I am in great hands with the company! And the experience was a great one so thank you! She’s a keeper!
Erin Hutcherson was very helpful in resolving our issue with the move-out inspection. She was very pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions. We appreciated her willingness to do what was right.
UPDATE: Probably one of the worst rental companies I’ve rented with. We were in a bind to move from Las Vegas back to Indiana and this is what we we’re unfortunately stuck with. Property management started off good but as we’ve been living here has slowly started to suck. Maintenance requests take forever to be fulfilled, that’s if they even respond to them. You can hardly get anyone on the phone. Emails go ignored. Things that should be the responsibility of the property, they try to make fall back on the renter. They contr... read more
