Marcus was scheduled to look at one item today and while he was here he had a chance to check two additional items that had had failures since the original report for repair was given. Marcus not only gave great work but did so with understanding that I was also hosting a work meeting while he was here. Great job and if anything further is ever needed I hope that we have him again as his professionalism was top notch.
Amy has crappy properties. 198 Easton point way. Weeds over 3 feet high in the back yard, fence falling down, grass hasn’t been cut in weeks, this neighborhood is nice and Amh isn’t taking care of their property. The hoa hasn’t done anything about this property and in this neighborhood it’s supposed to be owner occupied. Been waiting on the phone to talk with someone. They don’t answer the phone
I’m having the most wonderful experience with AMH. First time renting with the company and ms patrina has been an awesome person to work with. She is to the point and precise. Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. AMH is lucky to have such a wonderful person as part of their staff/ management etc. Keep up the awesome work Patrina
I have had a number of issues with AMH over the last year. AMH is awful about communication. This is my second maintenance emergency while living in the span of a year. This is day #4 in this heat wave with no AC. The unit is broken. AMH contracts out work to the cheapest bidder. I was assigned one of the worst rated HVAC "companies" in the local area, who are infamous for their rudeness and lack of punctuality. UPDATE: We finally moved out on 5/30/26 because I found a much better home and upon move out, AMH4R tried to charge us over 16k in move out charges! They charged us for cleaning when we paid to have the house cleaned and then charged us for damage that was already done to the house prior to our move in that we STILL have pictures of. This company will do any and everything they can to charge you to repair the house instead of it being at their expense.
