This company would be great if they kept up on the upkeep of the houses so tenants can feel like they are getting their worth out of the house for what is being charged monthly. I have had nothing but leak after leak after leak and now another leak that I have to report to maintenance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I are in our 70s, and my mother is 90. We haven’t rented a home in over 30 years, so we were honestly very intimidated by the entire process. This company does not care about its renters. I have had a maintenance ticket in for over 35 days. There are no property managers, no one to call or talk to about getting updates. Please do not rent with this company.
Had water damage. Reported immediately. 4 days later they send someone to take pictures. Have had problems since October with multiple issues. Many maintenance no shows. Wasted time for appointments! If you have months to be available on their no shows & days for potential another water damage on your bed with no repair, go for it. WARNING seems like homes are not properly inspected . My wife and I have had our ups and downs with this company since we moved in last year. Certianly a bad experience with no emergency response in the winter when our heater failed. But our second major issue started a few months ago. The HOA in our neighborhood has been targeting us specifically. They HATE my wife and I for some reason. It is either because we are disabled veterans and can't get things done as quickly as other people (trash cans back from the curb, mowing, moving in, etc)... or they might dislike any renters ... read more
