Adam was flexible with timing because I have to take my kids to school in a different town. He got here when he said he would and made quick work woth installing a new dishwasher. He was super personable and professional and I will definitely be requesting him should I need maintenance again.
Marcus showed up on time and fixed my issues within minutes. Very helpful & nice to work with.
They charged me a $100 late fee even when I dropped my rent off in the box other then that they are good with everything else! I will update my review if they decide to refund me the late fee that I wasnt suppose to get charged since I paid on time.I asked about it since I have proof on the money order were made on the 4th and dropped off which I have until the 5th to pay
Erin is professional, friendly, respond quickly to request. Thank you, Erin for your great customer service.
Marcus is great. Very friendly, does great work, and helps with issues he notices while he’s at the property.
