Awful receptionist
Truly unprofessional. I had my appointment booked weeks in advance, with preparations for the money all ready. They call me almost an hour before my appointment to tell me they actually need to charge me more money. I ask if we can stick with the original number because that was all I had prepared. She says she will call me back and doesn't end up calling me back at all. So I had to miss my appointment and I cancelled plans just for this appointment.
