This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do not send your loved one here if they can’t speak or do for themselves!!!!! My family members stay was a complete waste of time and resources. They hid the call light, left her in her own bowl movement for long periods of time, and even restrained her hand so she would quit tapping on the board when she needed changed (bc they wouldn’t give her the call light) I left there every night in tears, and had many conversations with the staff about their behavior. The respiratory therapists: Jami, Devin,Matt Austin, the care techs: Ashley, amanda, jamie, the Doctor Dr. Khan and his NP David, therapy Jen, nurse Mattie, and house keeping Krystal Went above and beyond for me. They were informative, patient, and helpful. Dr Khan is a one of a kind doctor. Its hard to find a doctor Like hin who is as caring and informative as him.
Great service great care
My son was cared for here after a brain injury. Overall he received good care. There is a lack of communication b/n the nursing staff to the family & the doctor. If everyone is on the same page all goes well. As my son's advocate this is non-negotiable. The CNA/techs are hard working and kind! Respiratory Therapy & Physical Therapy employees are professional & helpful! Dr Kahn has a lot of responsibility & makes every effort to facilitate a good outcome for the patient.
My stay was great. No complaints. All the staff was very friendly.
