i am a very happy tenent, i have always been treated with rspect and kindness, been renting for 6 years and i have no complaints, everyone has always been more then helpful to me
They are a terrible management group. I called and emailed about the Landscapers damaging my corner protector on the exterior of the house which was shredded by an edger. This was July 11 and sent pictures that day. It has been over a month and still not responded. So, I don't know if I need to go to small claims court to get the replacement from the company. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Try charging me $100 for a furnace filter change because they refused to pay the service call. It was winter my furnace wasn’t working. They raised my rent during Covid from $800 to $980! They don’t keep the property up or put any money into it at all. Maintenance is terrible.
If I could give them negative stars I would. The owner is possibly the rudest woman on the planet. They "took over" my lease and were jerks from day one! Oh and good luck calling her "Direct Line" the vm will be "full" Please take heed of the multiple negative reviews here and in many other places and stay away if you can. I had no choice but to deal with them for the last 2 months of my lease. It was a TERRIBLE experience!
