William Welch was awesome! My wife and I came in at 6 p.m. on a Friday. We picked out two balls, two pairs of shoes and a bag. Other stores in the area told us that Wednesday was the earliest we could have our drilled balls ready. Will got working on them instantly, and had them both finished for us on FRIDAY night! He was great working with us the entire time we were there. We will be back for all our future bowling needs!
