I met Bill in November 2017 while looking for a new ball. He watched me bowl 3 or 4 frames and made some suggestions and after asking me some questions about what I wanted a ball to do he offered me about 7 or 8 choices. Since making my choice and having him drill the ball my league average has gone up 18 pins from 164 to 182. Over the past ten weeks I am averaging 193 and over the last three weeks I am averaging 210. I cannot express my thanks to Bill enough for his help.

Went in to purchase a new ball for my league. Came the next day to a surprise that the store was closed so I had no ball for my league. I received no call to inform me about the situation either. They need to handle this more professionally.
