When she came to take Coco back for the test she did not bend down to talk to Coco or pet her to calm her down. Coco was afraid and they just dragged her through the door where two other people were standing that friegtened Coco because she did not know what was happening and they did not care. I bent down to try to calm her, and I was told to leave. I was not comfortable with what was happening to Coco.
