A lot of options between machines and classes and the pool! Plenty of towels as well. I love going here to work out regularly.
decent place...however, much of the equipment feels very outdated (mainly the free weights). also, rather humid which I personally was not a big fan of. membership-wise i'd recommend this place if you get a membership through an apartment (if it offers it). one month was around $100+, and this includes fitness classes and such (if thats your vibe). but not for anyone who's strictly there for the bare minimum. i train for powerlifting, and while I don't mind lifting on pound plates, this place needs an update imo. as someone ... read more

Steven is so knowledgeable and does such a great job. He takes his time to listen and shows me exactly where we will be working. He always checks in and never pushes too far. I have had massages forever and I am so happy I found Steven.
