My family visited Ames from Texas for my son who is attending Iowa State University. We used Discover Ames for everything while we were here. Their listing of restaurants made it easy to discover new places to eat. Local entertainment was well advertised as well. They have blogs and other social media which always had current events and activities to take part in. Very thankful they exist, and they do a great job.
