This is an absolutely awful place to get forms or printing services taken care of. I'm a fairly busy guy and have to print stuff out a lot, just like most small business owners. Normally this is a simple, hassle-free process, right? You just go in, get your printed papers after emailing, etc. Instead this turned into a nightmare.
