We've used Amer-Tech for more than 20 years, at each of the places we have lived. Never any bugs anywhere. Polite service people who are always on time for their appointments.
I have been using Ameritech for over 6 years and have been very pleased with their work. I have had the gold package for several years and plan to continue with it. Whenever I call for a technician to come out, they are prompt and usually can work with my time constraints.
We have been using Ameritech, but I do NOT recommend them! ...they apparently just came on my property without my consent, left a bill for an entire job (inside & out) without even entering my home (can't imagine how that's possible considering I've been home all morning waiting on them). They didn't try to reach me at all... never called or knocked or anything. Just left a bill (for a job not done?!) with a note to reschedule -- so I can spend another entire morning waiting for them to show up for this, no thanks!
