I recently had Ameritech come out to spray my home and when I looked at my security cameras, I noticed that the technician didn't spray the base of my porch. He sprayed my porch furniture and my brand new welcome sign that I placed on top of a bench to get it out of his way! I've called and emailed them to reconcile, but I have not received a return call.
Customer service is bad. They never answer & never return my voicemails. For whatever reason the guys that always come out to the house leave within 2 minutes of being outside without telling me anything! And, of course it’s always a hassle to get in contact with someone when that happens. Would not recommend!
I would highly recommend this company. Richard Sparks came out to our shop today and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and explained the issues that he found and the corrective measures. He showed me the sticky traps that we had around the bay doors and explained the different types of bugs that were on them including the black widow spiders. Even found one with a snake stuck on it! The technician (Tank Davis) provided outstanding service and I would recommend Ameri-Tech to anyone with pest control needs.
Definitely recommend! Stetson was the guy that came out to our house and sprayed. He was very polite and I could tell he was doing everything he could to make my experience GREAT!
