I manage an apartment facility in alpharetta and just wanted to say that mitch is our favorite. He always shows up early, is always polite and is always funny when we interact with him. There are slightly cheaper options for window replacement but we like mitch so much we will keep calling Ameristar for our needs. I imagine he makes 100k a year but he deserves a raise!! Just my 2 cents.
