This is the second roof we have had replaced by Ameristar Roofing. We worked with John Y**** who is very professional and knowledgeable. This one was more difficult as they had put shingles over wood shingles. They have a really good crew who removed, repaired and replaced the roof and cleaned up everything . I gave them a five star review and would give them a higher score if possible. If you are looking for a established reliable company they are the one to call.
John was great to work with. He worked me through the insurance claim process and stayed involved throughout the entire project. This is the 3rd roof that he has done for me. In each case my experience was the same. John is an expert in his field who was fully committed to my satisfaction. I intend to recommend him to my friends and business associates that need a trustworthy partner.
Excellent experience with Ameristar. I was in dire need for a roof replacement on my rental house so that I could complete the sale. With the help of John the job was completed on time and we were able to complete the sale of our house on time. Great people to do business with.
Wonderful service in every way! Adam Adams made sure we understood what the process was every step of the way in the process of redoing our roof after hail damage. They are very professional and prompt with their service.

We had a leak in our basement. They came out to my house several times, couldn't find the problem. Talked about replacing the siding and windows. (which ended up not being the issue of the leak) Said he would get me a quote and never got back with me. Terrible customer service and wasted my time. This company also put our roof on in 2011. We had other contractors get on our roof and they didn't put on the felt paper correctly. Go somewhere else.
