Very disappointing.Ameristar replaced my roof 10+ years ago, and had to replace that roof a few years later after an insurance adjuster noticed (called because of water damage in my garage ceiling) that the shingles didnt have the proper amount of adhesive (Ameristar crew either didnt notice or care at time of install). There was also multiple roofing nails left in my yard - something that could have easily been taken care of with a magnet - but crew didnt bother.Fast forward to 2022, more water damage (daughters bedroom), t... read more

The estimate was explained very well , most important was we were in a pinch to have the roof done before our insurance ********************************* stepped up & was able to complete the job , the crew did an excellent job and the clean up was fine

This company has my back from start to finish. Eric L**** from day one had no doubt that I was going to be taken care of. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of immediately. We were in desperate need of a new roof and Eric knew that. With our current condition, we got a new roof in a very timely manner.
