Claire handled the inspection professionally. The report provided contain all the key date up. He clearly defined what was the scope of the inspection and what laid outside the scope. I would use him again.
AmeriSpec did an excellent job on my home inspection. Clare was very professional. He took his time and was very thorough. He discussed his findings with us when he was complete, and had his report back to us within hours. The report was detailed and he summarized all of his recommendations at the end. This was a very positive experience and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for an excellent home inspection company.
