The inspector is very thorough and professional
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you want to pay them for doing nothing, go with them. So terrible. They did an inspection and said everything was fine only to find out when we moved in, it wasn’t. Specifically with our crawl space (which Eric said had great insulation) Not even two weeks after the inspection, we found out our floor was mushy. Extremely unprofessional, not responsive and but will gladly take your money. This company is only in it for them and not for you. They damaged my property and have not come to fix it stating their insurance will reach out but I have never heard a word from their insurance. This company is poorly managed. STAY AWAY
