Had a good experience with this company. Process took longer than expected but staff was great and informative. Definitely full transparency throughout the process. Went to several companies before going to AmeriNote Exchange and none compare to the level of service. FYI - be prepared for selling you contract for less than you are owed. I sold a note to Amerinote Xchange in July 2014 and I was very pleased with the entire experience. In the beginning, the transaction was slow-going but Abby was very helpful and professional. I had a bad experience with a previous company on the same note, so I welcomed the good service and attention to detail.
I sold a note to this company and had a good experience. I received an offer in less than one day of requesting a quote online. The customer service great and follow up was even better! They explained everything to me in a way that no on e else did - which made my decision very easy. My only complaint was that the process took too long (ugh).
