Dr.Perry and his office manager were completely amazing! They were so, so nice, very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied and happy before I left but most of all they made it their priority to make sure I was seeing my best!
After being a patient for almost a decade I showed up today with an appointment and went to check out and was charged for services, then told that they are no longer in network with Tricare after I have been coming this establishment for the last 9 years. All tricare recipients be aware they won’t tell you it’s no longer accepted there they will just expect you to pay at the end of your appointment with no notice.
Went in at 10:00 to get eye exam. That went well and when I was finished went to the front to get glasses made. I got there early to pick out frames to save time. Waited for an hour to be seen which I never was before I gave up and left. Had 2 employees employed but never seen them working at the same time even though the place was a little busy. Save your time and find another place as they have no regard for your time.
Everytime I have had an appointment it was a great experience. My daughter changed her mind with contacts and they were so nice and helpful. I recommend coming to Amerine Eye Care NLR to anyone that was a quick appointment and super nice staff! The Doctors are always super helpful as well!
