The worst company ever!
Always great service!
Waited hours on the phone for support representatives. Overcharged for propane. Am cancelling service after 17 years.
You always do a wonderful job whether it’s a fill of our tank or a call to customer service. But the surprise service call we got yesterday was excellent. A technician showed up and told us he was installing a new device on our tank (at no cost to us) that would allow the office to continuously monitor our gas level to be certain that we never run out! This is a wonderful new service. Safe for us and so much easier for you!
