I was attempting a merge onto US Hwy 1 from Boca Chica NAS, and had control of my lane when the driver in an Amerigas truck with license plate 717 NY (he blocked the plate) tried to pass me. He didnt want to slow for a semi-trailer that he was gaining on, in his lane.
