Every aspect of trying to get propane from AmeriGas is a complete shitshow: 1) website & my online acct never work/ fully active… always requires acct certification even though ive done it 3 times. 2) won’t post current price per gal. 3) Deliverys take up to 2 weeks. 4) no way to communicate with anyone, specifically thevdriver to plan the time/window the delivery will take place. 5) Amergas claims they will notify me 24-48 hrs in advance of delivery day but NEVER has so I can’t plan to be home to unlock my gates for the del... read more
I tried for a month to get a delivery but was unable because a technician had used PUTTY to fix a valve and there was a leak. On 3 different times, each causing me a 160 mile round trip. You were UNABLE to fix my tank! NO COMMUNICATION between technical staff and customer support!!! I would RATHER MAKE A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL THAN BE A CUSTOMER OF AMERICAGAS!!!
