I tried for a month to get a delivery but was unable because a technician had used PUTTY to fix a valve and there was a leak. On 3 different times, each causing me a 160 mile round trip. You were UNABLE to fix my tank! NO COMMUNICATION between technical staff and customer support!!! I would RATHER MAKE A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL THAN BE A CUSTOMER OF AMERICAGAS!!! He was great, had to trek through snow. But did it.
The worst Customer Service. Goes out to foreign countries. They don’t understand propane and they do not listen. I’ve been with Amerigas for three years and I have not had one smooth delivery yet. I’ve asked them numerous times to please call me before they come so I can put my dogs away. They send you an email and give you a three day window and then they show up the next day unannounced. I always tell them a certain time I’m home and I have to put my dogs away. And then I always get a text that they were unable to deliver.... read more
