An AmeriGas customer recently shared an experience with AmeriGas which is VERY disturbing. An AmeriGas employee told the customer they would not be charged for a service call. The customer was then charged hundreds of dollars for that call and the company would not back up the employees claim. The employee was then seen taking retribution out against the customer. 5 stars, great communication from office to drivers. Appreciate the text with scheduled date and the driver contacting us upon arrival. Have been a customer for over 10 yrs, highly recommended :)
Billing me for service in 2026 but moved out in 2024 2 years latet
I gave 2 stars instead of one because things have worked out most of the time, but the few times things went bad, they went REALLY bad. Customer service is extremely hard to work with, as the company seems to be insulating their offices from the complaints of the general public by using foreign call centers and not allowing walk ins. I’ve been without propane for about 2 1/2 weeks now. The young gentleman who delivered propane was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and was extremely proficient.
