This company installed an A/C unit in my rental house that will not cool both floors like they promised. When asked to come out and find a resolution to the problem, the serviceman was rude and kept telling me "heat rises." Both of my sons have asthma and the difference in ambient temperature from room to room has caused them to have to use their nebulizer treatment since we moved in.
