Kim Anh and her team are the best! They offer the best rates in town and their customer service is second to none. Her team(Thai and Andy) were quick to respond to our questions and did a great job of following up on those questions. When I first called Kim to ask about mortgage rates, she said they have the lowest rates in town. And after going through several lenders, I can tell you that it's true - their rates are the lowest. Aside from that, they are very responsive and work round the clock. All the questions I had were answered immediately and they were able to be upfront and honest with all the details of my mortgage.
I'd like to thank Kim Anh and her team for helping me and my sister to get through our home refinances and cash out quickly with the best rates. We checked a few lenders and nobody could beat her rates. Also, our situation was a bit tricky and some lenders couldn't do it. I'd like to send my great appreciation especially to Andy and Thai who were very responsive to our needs and always tried their best to make us satisfied. I strongly recommend their team.
