Staying here was a great experience! The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I forgot to pack some toiletries and the front desk had what I needed! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after driving all day. The breakfast bar had a great selection (waffles are essential in my book). The staff was friendly and the environment was inviting. BEWARE of booking an event here! We hosted a well advertised fundraising event that was scheduled months in advance. The reason I booked here was because I was told if needed, that we could overflow into the lobby and would also have access to the unused eating space after breakfast! I tried to make any “work” the staff had to do like providing coffee and water easier by sharing the already set up drink station in the lobby, so that they didn’t have to monitor two. Do not stay here if you plan on making any changes. I made the reservations from Monday to Friday. We got let go from the project early on Wednesday. I tried to check out they could not check me out early because of their computers. They told me that the third-party had to cancel my reservation I wasn’t trying to cancel the reservation. I was just trying to check out, now I got a bill from Monday to Friday when I checked out on Wednesday. They told me I couldn’t check out.
