This was the worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time. There was no one at the front desk when we came in, so I dialed the phone on the front desk and it just rang and rang and finally went to a message saying, "Sorry we missed you." I hung up and waited a bit hoping someone would show. A few minutes later a cell phone rang in the room right next to us behind the front desk and a man picked it up. The Inn was just ok. The rooms could be cleaner. They need more staff to help do more detail cleaning and front desk help. They need someone to pull weeds, trim back brush, clean the entrance door glass everyday, maybe plant some seasonal flowers in the flower pots at the entrance that were loaded with cig butts. Lacks in detailing, cleaniness and care. Breakfast is lame. Breakfast area is dark and uninviting. Didnt eat there. The place just needs care and love. Checked into our hotel, our bathroom had someone else’s bowel movement in our toilet where our room was supposedly “clean”. Took 15 mins for anyone to come and check us in. Also found two tiny bugs in our bed. Absolutely disgusting. The owner said they will give us a refund back, called them back a couple days later and said they wouldn’t give us a refund and continued to hang up on us. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. bad customer service, and hotel room is dirty.
