Our family has been visiting this hotel for years. We had a recent stay and to our shock the service and hotel has declined tremendously! The hot tub was out of service and was filled with what looked to be swamp water. The health department should be notified of the state of the pool area as someone could catch a STAPH OR MRSA infection. I WOULD NOT SWIM IN THE POOL! Hot tub was Gross. Room was adequate. Could not understand manager. Was quoted for wedding party. Didn't honor quote. Breakfast was barely adequate. Juice was room temp. Coffee only good thing. Aside from location you can do better for price and amenities. Would not recommend!!!

We stayed here for 2 days. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room and food were great. We didn't need the pool. The only problem was that I believe our room had bed bugs. We didn't notice after the first night, but after the second night we both had quite a few bites. I believe a professional exterminator is needed since bed bugs csn start in one room and quickly move to others. This was an unfortunate happening for an otherwise satisfactory place.

Came in as a walk in at roughly 9:30pm for 1 night. Parking lot was about 1/4 full, so I asked for a discount. Was told they were too busy to offer a discount. Got up to the room to find that the headboard had been replaced, but the wall was never repaired, so bits of drywall were missing and screws remained in the wall with the heads protruding.
