We come up 3-4 times a year to stay at this hotel to visit family. It’s generally nice and meets our needs - however, we were advised not to travel due to a winter storm recently, and the hotel refused to refund us. It’s a lot of money to pay when you’re not staying somewhere and are unable to make the drive due to the hazardous road conditions. Libby was at the front desk when I called, when we checked in, when we were having breakfast and when we checked out. What a great, helpful, can do attitude. Definitely made our stay an enjoyable experience. We will be back!!
We went to the Perham "Gathering" and Detroit Lakes Trolls. We celebrated our 13 year old Grandson's birthday. We had a wonderful time and our stay at the hotel was lovely. Pool and whirlpool were great for relaxing and enjoying. Staff was super helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
