We had a great experience here! We only stayed one night, in a two queen bed room. The rooms were clean, we were pleasantly surprised by all the breakfast options served, and every employee we interacted with was very kind, friendly, and professional!
Stinky, unclean, ac literally started burning after pressing a button, cheap beds (my camping mat is better), desk had gross residue on it, and the whole place has different smells, all which aren't good. Find somewhere else if you can. Half decent price, but worth paying more to not go here.

Excellent stay with the American Inn Council Bluffs. Just across the river from Omaha, NE and so much more affordable and safe than the hotels in Omaha! We found our stay very enjoyable with a clean room, great nights sleep, and excellent complimentary hot breakfast. We decided where we were staying about an hour before pulling into this hotel and we are so happy we found it! It’s in a safe location with plenty of other cars safely parked in the lot. I'm doing renovation work on the rooms & amenities rooms are good size kept very clean , and things will be getting up dated to continue that problem free relaxing stay
