Excellent hotel right off I-25. Clean, large room with in-suite jacuzzi tub. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Quiet, safe and convenient.

This hotel erroneously charged my credit card for an unspecified amount, luckily I caught this on my credit card statement. I called the hotel and they said they mistakenly charged me and was give the runaround to speak to the manager. She eventually talked to me, was rude and patronizing. I even asked for an apology and she stated I was given one (which wasn’t true as Issac hadn’t), although she didn’t offer one herself.
