Super convenient location to 1-25 and the entire Loveland/Ft. Collins area. The check-in/out process is very easy. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and all went above and beyond to make it short stay as comfortably as possible. The accommodations were laid out well and the bed was very comfortable, even by my wife's standards, who usually has trouble sleeping anywhere except our bed. The room was clean. The beds very comfortable. The shower was clean with good shower head. The hotel was off the highway with easy access on and off.

Normally when we stay at Americinn we get a room with a jacuzzi included. This didn't have one. The jacuzzi by the pool was dirty. Breakfast room was small and crowded. Room was clean and comfortable but overall a little disappointed.
Stayed here while traveling to Wyoming. We had no complaints about anything, Except the male desk clerk that checked us in the afternoon of Sept 10th. Arrogant, unhelpful, rude, and smart-ass are some of the adjectives I would use to describe him. I don't remember a time in my life I have ever felt more unwelcome to a place that I paid to stay at.
