The dude at the front was rude from the jump. The room was nice but having worked at a hotel myself I checked the covers and bed.. there was old blood on my sheet and dark red stains on the comforter. When I asked for new blankets the dude in the front practically yelled at me then hung up.
All was good except the breakfast. Never had the nastiest scrambled eggs and sausages in my life. You should stop buying that “rubber” mass and feed people. I am not picky person and would eat anything but that “stuff” wasn’t made for humans to eat. Also I posted a review about that issue on Hotels.com and got punished by hotel manager ($25 charge for having “invisible” cat in hotel room). "The room was spacious and very clean, with a large smart TV , excellent for relaxing in the evening! I was also able to connect my Xbox without any problems. My daughter and I really enjoyed both the room and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂. Breakfast was fine, but could have offered more variety, and the vending machine didn’t have many snack options. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and will definitely be returning in the future!"
