They have 2 buildings. If they put you in the east building, leave. When you are put in the east building, there is no service, no breakfast everyday, bad rooms, wild loud parties in the lobby. It is a long walk to the west building for breakfast, toilet paper, and a plunger. FYI

They don’t answer the phone when you call. They just pick up and then hang up 4 seconds later. Annoying. This is the night shift people for the supervisors looking at this review.
I wish I had taken pictures of the room. Staff was courteous, and helpful. I get how things go when there is an event, but this is NOT, I repeat, NOT a $265( + all the yip yap) room. Not even close. If you are going to remodel a room, finish it! Luckily, my wife was prepared for the day, as there was no way she could have in the room with the half ass perimeter mirror light, with no ceiling lights. This is in the bathroom.
