The front office folks were very helpful and rooms are great too.

We had an amazing stay at AmericInn in Galesburg, Illinois! After leaving another local hotel that was absolutely horrible, coming here was such a relief. From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, fresh, and welcoming. The entire hotel was very clean, and the pool area was beautiful and sparkling clean — you could tell the staff truly takes pride in this property. I did not have any problem with the hotel staff, I booked our room online, 😔 the reservation company uses people on their phones who are not trained and do not speak clearly communication was very hard and frustrating to say the least. We had to shorten our stay by one day, complied with the instructions from the managing company, we were then told that we had not contacted them 24 hours before the change when we had. Needless to say we will not stay with this company ever again.
