Mattresses very very hard, pool cold, pullout couch mattress was filthy. We checked in at 3:00p.m. and checked out at 7:45p.m. the same day explaining why to front desk attendant. All I got was a "sorry". No offer of a refund, discount, nothing. Horrible customer service
Stayed in a suite during 2026 New Years. The room was large with a couple TVs, working fridge and microwave. Clean linens, and mirrors polished. Only complaint was the room could have been vacuumed a little better. Service was excellent with friendly staff. The pool was open and warm and woke up to a continental breakfast that was full and better than average. Fresh coffee, juice machines and milk for those milk drinkers. Very helpful and flexible with us during the snowstorm — great customer service
We checked on the the 7th and inspected our room before settling in. Found a dead bed bug behind a pillow. Asked for a refund and Still have not received one! Very disappointed and I see we aren’t the first to come across bed bugs in our room. Do not recommend to anyone!! They didn’t see to care at all and didn’t even apologize and actually emailed me saying they’d checked the room and saw nothing
