I would give this place -5. The pool was closed. They having there webpage. They didn't mention when check in that is closed. The ice machine broke also. Then the maid came in my room. It's wasn't 11:00 check out yet. I have ALS so non-verbal. I just wanted pool to do excise.
Mattresses very very hard, pool cold, pullout couch mattress was filthy. We checked in at 3:00p.m. and checked out at 7:45p.m. the same day explaining why to front desk attendant. All I got was a "sorry". No offer of a refund, discount, nothing. Horrible customer service
