Julian and the rest of the guys hooked me up. I pulled up about ten minutes after they were supposed to close, with a blown out tire and a damaged rim. They stayed open for me and got me back on the road, went back today to get the other three rims and tires. They were exceptional!
Professional, explain things well, reasonably priced,and my car's never ridden better.
Had an appointment at 830 just to rotate tires. Did not get in til 9. They were very busy. I was disappointed but then as a manager myself I understood you want to make everyone happy. They talk great to customers and care about their products as I sat in their waiting room. As I heard each experience it made me feel very good about the quality tires that I bought there a couple of years ago that are still in great shape! Way to come back America's Tire! I would recommend their Temecula location to anyone needing tires!
