While I enjoy the perks of this business, the wait times are a little bit on the ridiculous side. I understand that people can only work so fast, especially when customers come in all at the same time. Maybe make your waiting area a little more comfortable.... Like coffee :-p. Especially when we have to wait an average of 2 hours.
I came in to get my flat fixed. they are going to fix it for free because I bought tries from them on my other car. That's customer service!
Michael Moroschok was wonderful. Not only am I getting a free replacement tire thanks to their certificate program but he also probably saved me 100's by sharing his knowledge of Nissan spec v's. Above and beyond service! Kudos to Michael!!! And the rest of the staff seemed on their game too. Definitely recommend this place.
These guys just know superb customer service! Good job guys.
