Easy to order tires online and overall great customer service. You could tell they take pride in their work.
Awful service They lie big about delivery time
The technical service itself, I’m not qualified to complain. However, their customer servicing, I have lots to. 1. Their guesstimate is off by a few hours. They don’t seem to have streamlined their messaging to customers at dropoff. Some offer estimates, others don’t. 2. There’s little too hazy transparency to the order in which your car is being serviced. When things get busy, there’s always the “there’s 3 people ahead of you” - hours later, it’s the same response.
