I had an excellent experience with this service! I got my car serviced this morning, but afterward, the tire pressure light was still on. I stopped back by the branch, Dublin California and Sonny was incredibly helpful. He took care of the issue right away. Huge thanks to Sonny and the entire team for the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
Cody went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. I got 2 nails in a tire on the way back from Sacramento. This was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and it was 2 hours before closing when I got there. I could tell the guys were super busy and already going to have to work late. I walked in at 2:10pm on a Monday and someone took my info down and car information and told me to have a seat. Fast forward 30 min later I’m still waiting and it wasn’t even that busy so I just left. It would have been nice if the person checking me in gave me an ETA rather than me blindly waiting for 30 min with no update, if this was going to be longer than 30 minutes they should let us know or offer to make an appt for a later time. On Thursday, April 30th, I had an extremely frustrating experience getting my tires and wheel installed. I arrived at 10:40 AM and didn’t leave until 3:30 PM, which is completely unacceptable for a service like this. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021 and have consistently gone to the Walnut Creek location for all three of my family’s vehicles.
