A few days ago, I visited America’s Tire to inquire about vehicle inspection estimates. When I walked into the lobby, I was the only person waiting, yet not a single employee greeted me, made eye contact, or acknowledged my presence. I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone offering even a brief "we'll be right with you." While I understand shops can get busy, completely ignoring a customer is deeply unprofessional. Me and some of my family members have come here to get our tires done (usually in a pinch) and time after time (after time) they would tell us our car would be done at a certain time, and we would even give them extra time and come 30 mins to an hour later, and without fail, our cars still weren’t done. This wasn’t my first visit to America’s Tire, and my previous experience was much better. Unfortunately, this visit was frustrating from the moment I walked in. I stood in line for about 10 to 15 minutes without anyone greeting me or even saying someone would be with us shortly. Employees were at computers, but no one appeared to be helping the people waiting. Everyone was respectful and worked efficiently. It was a busy day after a holiday. Please be honest with yourself and the staff that post holiday service is some of the busiest times. So do not expect 30 minutes turn overs.
