I arrived with my car on the back of a tow truck after a blowout on 580 during the evening commute. I showed up 5 min before they closed and didn't feel rushed, but they were still awesome and had my car ready in 20 minutes. Thanks.

First time here and got excellent customer service. The line was a bit long and they seemed a little short staffed but I think it's also because so many people were getting flat tires from potholes on the road from all the rain we've been having so they were unusually busy for a tire shop. Their prices are good and they replaced all 4 of my tires in about 2 hours. I'll be coming back to get my tires rotated and balanced for free!
I previously posted a bad experience & I must revise my review. Mr. Tracy Stevens, regional manager reached out to me and fully resolved my issues with my unfortunate situation. America Tire will stand behind their products and GREAT customer service. Highly recommend-5 plus stars
I buy all my tires for my vehicles here. Best prices. What I don't like is when you make an appointment for tire rotation and you get here early they tell you it will be done in 45 minutes to an hour and after 45 mins your car is still sitting outside. This is always. My last visit here for tire rotation I was here for almost 2 hours and I always make an appointment. What's even worse is it's not even busy. Very unhappy.

The gentlemen working last night were amazing!!! I started out at the San Ramon location trying to get a flat tire repaired. It wasn't repairable, and since Santa hijacked my credit cards, I didn't even have enough credit available on my cards for a new tire! I was told the Dublin location had a used tire for $30, but they closed in 2 mins. I called Dublin and they said to come on over, they would take care if me. It took me 20 mins to get there because of traffic...so I got there 18 mins AFTER closing. They STILL took my ca... read more
Got there about 8:56 was told it will take one hour for the service one hour later they just started to work on the car no courtesy saying it's going to take longer. It's more like a two hour service got things to do horrible.
