Disappointing… tried to come here at 1:08pm. They denied service and said they were closing early for a company wide event. Glad they have company wide events. However, not advertising change in hours and denying business is not a great practice. Won’t be back.
So let me start by saying I have been going to Americas tire for over a decade. Literally it’s the only tire shop I go to. But never have I ever had an experience like this before. Sat here for AN HOUR after I made an appointment just for them to barely start working when I had complained about the wait. I only needed a flat patched very upset that no one told me it would be such a long wait.
I came in today with a blown out tire and Gary was super helpful with me he let me know that when I purchased the tires a year ago that I had the extended warranty so they replaced my tire for free. Every time I came here these guys have the best customer service. Thank you Gary for giving me great customer service.
I had made an appointment for 8:45 am arrived at 8:40 and was not seen until 9:00 am . At check in I was informed that my car would be ready only around 10 am. As requested the spare tire was not checked for pressure. Unfortunately Americaa's Tires foregets to check the spare on most occasions. I have been a customer for 25 years and very dissapointed.
