Miguel was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping me get my tire swapped out, He was extremely professional and polite and exactly the type of employee that keeps customers coming back. Because of his efforts I will only come to America's tire for my tire needs now, thank you to the whole team for getting my car ready same day with last-minute notice. Miguel Took the time and effort to call me so I could have my tires delivered same day when that became an option, just outstanding.

Sad to witness the service change within just one year after going for several. Luis is hiring incompetent people but thankfully Brendan started my visit with knowledge and experience. I would think about returning here, although they have been a staple in the community since 1960. They are bias in how they treat each customer. That is not okay with me. Do your job and focus less on the vain reality of what someone looks like.
