3 1/2 hour wait to get 4 tires! Nice guys but move slower than molasses!
The service at this location is excellent! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The lobby is clean and comfortable and they processed the customers efficiently.
This shop not only did NOT honor my apt time, I was kept waiting for 2 HOURS while "walk in's" were taken in taken care of BEFORE me! I spent over $700.00 for new tires and was made to wait for 1 walk in for instance who only spent $80.00. When I went again to the counter to point out yet again, that I had an apt, I was told I was next in line. While i was told how sorry they were, NOTHING was done to make it right. I've been using this store for years and have always had excellent service and there isn't a lot of staffing changes so it's nice to see familiar faces. My latest set of tires wouldn't balance out to my satisfaction and the staff bent over backwards to fix them. In the end they allowed me to swap to a different brand of tire and never once made me feel like I was being a pain. The new tires are fantastic and I feel great about the experience. Best service anywhere. They helped us out so much with an outstanding price on two new tires when we were short on money and they did everything they could to get us a good deal. Highly recommended them anyday!!
Just Love America it's the only tire place I will go to. The customer service is always above and beyond. Jim Templin the mgr. their is Awesome! Took my daughters car in for a 2nd time the tire they patched the pressure was low. Jim checked all the tires and explained to my daughter what the tires should be. Checked the gauge she had to make sure it was working correctly. So wonderful! They ended replacing the tire at no charge since the patch didn't take. The Best!!! �
