Great staff, great customer service. Went in to get tires for my travel trailer and the place was packed.They got me out in no time, kept me informed throughout the installation process. They offered great advice without trying to upsell. Great experience!
I’ve been in a lot of tire shops over the last 50+ years and never have I experienced such a high level of personal care and attention to my tire and tire related needs. They don’t just try to sell stuff, they make sure you understand their findings, and that you are satisfied. They also impartially detail the level of wear on the tires good or bad, even when they sold the tires and they are under warranty. The absolute worst customer service goes to these guys. Pushed out a wheel stud and tossed it in the rocks with the lug nut attached to it. Blamed the issue as being understaffed- manager condoned the behavior. Too 4 1/2 to change 4 wheels and tires -and that was with an appointment…. Because they were understaffed. Go anywhere but here.
The staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. I had a simple tire change it they fit in during their busy schedule.
I won't get into the dirty details however Eric at America's tire here in Auburn is my hero today. Great service and very helpful. I recommend Auburn's America's tire for any and all of your tire needs! A big THANK YOU to Eric!! You are awesome!
