This is what excellent customer service looks like. Javier came out before I even got to the door, diagnosed the broken valve stem in minutes, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I will be back!
I commented on FB, what's up corona and basically I enjoyed my service on 08-09-17. Staff was immediately attentive, quick and non-pushy. I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time and with there being many employees on staff, it seemed everyone was on their way in great time- I encountered at least three staff in my ordeal and they all were respectful, and accommodating.
Awesome place to get tires I wouldn't go anywhere else and Robert Ramirez was a an awesome sales floor manager he took real good care of our car.
