10/10 customer service! I came in to replace one tire, and Matthew I believe his name was, pointed out that another one needed to be replaced as well. I mentioned I’d have to wait until another day because of the cost, but he surprised me by replacing it for free. I really appreciated the kindness!
waited for over 2 hours for a tire rotation, its seems when they offer free rotations when buying new tires they are in no rush to help you fast. i saw people walk in, buy tires and were out before me.
Went to the store in the morning to order my tires. Set an appointment for 5;00PM. Got to the store, dropped off my car. Walked to Home Depot to pick up an order. Came back and car was in process of finishing up.
