I had a very disappointing experience today. I came in this morning to get air checked in my tires, but the line was extremely long. After waiting, I left and came back about an hour later. When I returned, there were no customers waiting—just a bunch of boxes in the service area. I asked an employee if they were checking tire air, and he simply said, “Not right now,” without offering any explanation or helping in any way. This was poor customer service. Me gusta American Tires en general. Pero el personal, podrían tratar de ser mas amables. Creo dos de ellos son managers, que están parados muy serios. Tambien para alguien que habla español, no muestran querer ayudar en español. Tambien cobraron x una llanta desalineada el mismo precio como si fueran las 4. Me hubiera gustado un poco mas de amabilidad y con la llanta desalineada podían ser un poco mas considerados porque ya había pagado por algo bien alto o costoso.
