What in the heck is a matter with American Roadhouse Express? I called in a simple food order at 6:45 and was there at 7:15 to pick it up. at first when I got to the window they told me they couldn't even find the order and then after they finally found it and I paid for both meals I waited another 45 minutes to get the food. Horrible service! Called in a simple order and 43 minutes later, after sitting at the drive thru for 15 minutes, the staff had to look for my order twice. There were no apologies nor thank you said. We are very disappointed with the whole experience.
Picked up some whitefish and a combination plate for supper. It was great! Thank you so much! (The sweet tea was perfection!)

2 days ago Went to drive through brought fish sandwich & chicken finger dinner, chicken was 1/3 the size than usual, was not as ordered but Paid same price, they know how to jip customers trying to help them during virus-19, I did call to complain, I won’t go back!
The waitresses are friendly and accommodating. The food is great! I highly recommend this to my friends!!
